The Goobi viewer is a web application that allows digitised material to be displayed in a web browser. From version 22.04 to before version 26.05, the unauthenticated REST endpoint GET /api/v1/index/{solrField}/spatial/search concatenates the user-supplied region query parameter directly into a Solr query string with no escaping, no local-param stripping, and no runtime schema enforcement (the OpenAPI @Schema(pattern=...) annotation is documentation-only at the JAX-RS layer). An attacker can inject Solr local-param syntax ({!parent ...}, {!join ...}) and boolean operators to make access-restricted georeferenced records match the query, bypassing the access-condition filter. This issue has been patched in version 26.05.Show less

The Goobi viewer is a web application that allows digitised material to be displayed in a web browser. Prior to version 26.05, the legacy RSS servlet (RssResolver, GET /rss/) accepts the q and filterQuery parameters and concatenates them into Solr queries without validation. The servlet predates the REST API layer and lacks the input validation present in GET /api/v1/records/rss. q forms the main query body (wrapped only in literal parentheses); filterQuery is passed directly as a Solr fq. An unauthenticated attacker can inject Solr boolean operators to break out of the wrapping and render the trailing access-condition filter-query suffix optional, so that access-restricted records are included in the generated RSS feed. The q and filterQuery parameters are the same underlying vulnerability in the same servlet; q (the main query body) has the broader scope. This issue has been patched in version 26.05.Show less

A data-query-logic neutralization weakness in the update-statement construction component of the MongoDB C# Driver can cause application-supplied values to be interpreted as query/update logic rather than as literal data. An application user who can influence the content of values that the application passes into the affected builder surface, without any special privilege beyond ordinary read-write application access, may cause stored data to be modified or removed in ways the application never intended. The result is unauthorized integrity impact on the affected application data; there is no direct loss of confidentiality or availability of the database service.Show less

The MongoDB C# Driver does not neutralize dot and dollar characters in dictionary keys, field names and array-filter identifiers used in LINQ queries before placing them into the field paths it sends to the server. An application user whose input reaches these positions can redirect a query or update to fields the application did not name, which can expose other users' documents and widen updates beyond the intended data. Certain values can also write malformed fields that leave stored documents unreadable by the application until they are repaired.Show less

The MongoDB C# Driver does not reject replacement documents whose top-level field names begin with a dollar sign in FindOneAndReplace, unlike other replace operations. An application that builds such a document from user-supplied field names can have the server apply update operators instead of a full replacement. The effect is limited to the document matched by the application's own filter, whose contents can be modified in ways the application did not intend.Show less

Flexible GraphRAG is a Python framework for building graph and retrieval-augmented generation applications across multiple graph, vector, and search backends. From 0.6.0 until 0.8.2, the _escape() helper in flexible-graphrag/langchain/graph/pg_store_adapters/falkordb_adapter.py escapes quotes before backslashes and then interpolates the result into Cypher assembled by FalkorDBAdapter.add_graph_documents, allowing an inserted escape to be doubled and a quote to terminate the string early. When GRAPH_BACKEND=langchain and GRAPH_DB=falkordb are configured, attacker-influenced ingested document content can cause the extraction model to produce malicious entity or relationship values that reach these queries, allowing injected Cypher clauses to modify or delete graph data and, when the calling code surfaces query results to the user or LLM, disclose graph data. Dynamic node and relationship type identifiers are also inserted into backtick-quoted query positions without safe parameterization. The LlamaIndex FalkorDB store is not affected. This issue is fixed in version 0.8.2.Show less

The vulnerability is possible because Splunk Secure Gateway does not neutralize special characters in values before it creates filters for dashboard and report requests. For more information see About configuring role-based user access (https://help.splunk.com/en/splunk-enterprise/administer/manage-users-and-security/10.2/manage-splunk-platform-users-and-roles/about-configuring-role-based-user-access) in the Splunk documentation.Show less

ApostropheCMS is an open-source Node.js content management system. Prior to 3.7.0 of the import-export module, an authenticated user with import access to a target type can supply an object or operator as an update-key value, causing the import query to match an unidentified existing document that the user has generic edit permission to modify. The normal findForEditing permission filter still limits the candidate documents, so the issue does not permit permission-free overwrite of arbitrary protected content. Tandoor Recipes is an application for managing recipes, planning meals, and building shopping lists. Prior to 2.6.10, passes unvalidated sort_order and order_field strings into Django ORM order_by() calls when an authenticated user supplies foreign-key traversal paths in recipe search, RecipeBook, or stored CustomFilter ordering values. Request processing uses _finalize_ordering and order_by through 8080/api/recipe/ and 8080/api/recipe-book/. The attack works because Django interprets double-underscore ordering fields as related-table traversal, and observable result ordering leaks values from related User fields. This can infer password hashes, email addresses, administrator status, and other related database values. This issue is fixed in version 2.6.10.Show less

Plane is an open-source project management tool. Prior to 1.4.0, multiple issue-listing endpoints, including unauthenticated public deploy boards handled by IssueListSpaceEndpoint in apps/api/plane/space/views/issue.py, pass the user-controlled order_by parameter through order_issue_queryset in apps/api/plane/utils/order_queryset.py to Django's order_by without allowlist validation. An attacker can use double-underscore relationship traversal to reference arbitrary related model fields, revealing database schema details through errors and potentially disclosing field values through differential ordering. LangChain is a framework for building LLM-powered applications. Prior to 1.3.1, MongoDBChatMessageHistory does not enforce the documented string type for an untrusted structured session identifier at runtime, allowing the identifier to be interpreted as a MongoDB query condition rather than as a literal value when multiple users' histories are stored in a shared MongoDB collection. LangChain is a framework for building LLM-powered applications. Prior to 1.1.1, @langchain/redis does not escape attacker-controlled values in structured RediSearch TAG filters and structured RediSearch TEXT filters, allowing injected RediSearch syntax to alter or broaden the generated search query. Plane is an open-source project management tool. Prior to 1.4.0, the unauthenticated public issues endpoint accepts group_by and sub_group_by query parameters and passes them without an allowlist to grouped paginators, where they are used as ORM field names by F(field), .values(field), .order_by(field), and Window partition_by operations. An anonymous attacker can supply arbitrary field paths that trigger an unhandled FieldError or KeyError and an HTTP 500 response, or force the ORM to resolve __-separated relational paths as a blind traversal oracle. This is the same field-name injection class addressed by earlier order_by sanitization, but that remediation left group_by and sub_group_by unvalidated. The issue does not directly disclose column values because issue_group_values() returns an empty list for unknown fields, the result projection uses a fixed required_fields list, and the subgrouped path raises KeyError before serialization. This issue is fixed in 1.4.0.Show less

djehuty is a research data repository system developed by 4TU.ResearchData. Prior to version 26.3.2, An unauthenticated attacker can inject SPARQL into the search/listing queries through three separate parameters. Because the affected queries are read (SELECT) queries, this does not write to the store, but it allows: Cross-graph data exfiltration — e.g. UNION-ing in triples from graphs the request was never scoped to (drafts/private/internal data held in the RDF store); denial of service — expensive or malformed queries that tie up the SPARQL backend / web workers. No account or user interaction is required. This issue has been patched in version 26.3.2.Show less

djehuty is a research data repository system developed by 4TU.ResearchData. Prior to version 26.3.2, an authenticated depositor can inject arbitrary SPARQL into a state-modifying (DELETE/INSERT) query by supplying a crafted session name, letting them write (and delete) arbitrary triples anywhere in the RDF store. Because the RDF store is shared across all accounts and datasets, this is an integrity compromise of the whole repository's metadata, not just the attacker's own records. Having a logged-in account is a precondition. djehuty allows self-registration via ORCID/SAML, so this is a low barrier in typical deployments. This issue has been patched in version 26.3.2.Show less
