In updatehub_probe, right after JSON parsing is complete, objects\[1] is accessed from the output structure in two different places. If the JSON contained less than two elements, this access would reference unitialized stack memory. This could result in a crash, denial of service, or possibly an information leak. Provided the fix in CVE-2020-10059 is applied, the attack requires compromise of the server. This vulnerability allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary code on affected installations of Foxit Studio Photo 3.6.6.916. User interaction is required to exploit this vulnerability in that the target must visit a malicious page or open a malicious file. The specific flaw exists within the handling of the PSD files. The issue results from the lack of proper initialization of a pointer prior to accessing it. An attacker can leverage this vulnerability to execute code in the context of the current process. An issue was discovered in Pure-FTPd 1.0.49. An uninitialized pointer vulnerability has been detected in the diraliases linked list. When the *lookup_alias(const char alias) or print_aliases(void) function is called, they fail to correctly detect the end of the linked list and try to access a non-existent list member. This is related to init_aliases in diraliases.c.Show less

An exploitable uninitialized pointer vulnerability exists in the Word document parser of the the Atlantis Word Processor. A specially crafted document can cause an array fetch to return an uninitialized pointer and then performs some arithmetic before writing a value to the result. Usage of this uninitialized pointer can allow an attacker to corrupt heap memory resulting in code execution under the context of the application. An attacker must convince a victim to open a document in order to trigger this vulnerability.Show less

An issue was discovered in PHOENIX CONTACT PC Worx through 1.86, PC Worx Express through 1.86, and Config+ through 1.86. A manipulated PC Worx or Config+ project file could lead to an Uninitialized Pointer and remote code execution. The attacker needs to get access to an original PC Worx or Config+ project file to be able to manipulate it. After manipulation, the attacker needs to exchange the original file with the manipulated one on the application programming workstation.Show less
