Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) vulnerability in the subtitle loading function of the asbplayer Chrome Extension version 1.14.0 allows attackers to execute arbitrary JavaScript in the context of the active streaming platform via a crafted .srt subtitle file. Because the script executes within the same-site context, it can bypass cross-origin restrictions, leading to unauthorized same-site API requests and session data exfiltration.Show less

A vulnerability was identified in feiyuchuixue sz-boot-parent up to 1.3.2-beta. Affected by this issue is some unknown functionality of the file /api/admin/sys-file/upload of the component API Endpoint. Such manipulation leads to unrestricted upload. The attack may be launched remotely. The exploit is publicly available and might be used. Upgrading to version 1.3.3-beta can resolve this issue. The name of the patch is aefaabfd7527188bfba3c8c9eee17c316d094802. Upgrading the affected component is recommended. The project was informed beforehand and acted very professional: "We have introduced a whitelist restriction on the /api/admin/sys-file/upload endpoint via the oss.allowedExts and oss.allowedMimeTypes configuration options, allowing the specification of permitted file extensions and MIME types for uploads."Show less

FreeScout is a free help desk and shared inbox built with PHP's Laravel framework. Prior to version 1.8.206, FreeScout's file upload restriction list in `app/Misc/Helper.php` does not include `.htaccess` or `.user.ini` files. On Apache servers with `AllowOverride All` (a common configuration), an authenticated user can upload a `.htaccess` file to redefine how files are processed, enabling Remote Code Execution. This vulnerability can be exploited on its own or in combination with CVE-2026-27637. Version 1.8.206 fixes both vulnerabilities.Show less

Versions of the Traccar open-source GPS tracking system starting with 6.11.1 contain an issue in which authenticated users can execute arbitrary JavaScript in the context of other users' browsers by uploading malicious SVG files as device images. The application accepts SVG file uploads without sanitization and serves them with the `image/svg+xml` Content-Type, allowing embedded JavaScript to execute when victims view the image. As of time of publication, it is unclear whether a fix is available.Show less

GetSimple CMS is a content management system. All versions of GetSimple CMS do not implement CSRF protection on the administrative file upload endpoint. As a result, an attacker can craft a malicious web page that silently triggers a file upload request from an authenticated victim’s browser. The request is accepted without requiring a CSRF token or origin validation. This allows an attacker to upload arbitrary files to the application without the victim’s knowledge or consent. In order to exploit this vulnerability, the victim must be authenticated to GetSimple CMS (e.g., admin user), and visit an attacker-controlled webpage. This issue does not have a fix at the time of publication.Show less

Music Assistant is an open-source media library manager that integrates streaming services with connected speakers. Versions 2.6.3 and below allow unauthenticated network-adjacent attackers to execute arbitrary code on affected installations. The music/playlists/update API allows users to bypass the .m3u extension enforcement and write files anywhere on the filesystem, which is exacerbated by the container running as root. This can be exploited to achieve Remote Code Execution by writing a malicious .pth file to the Python site-packages directory, which will execute arbitrary commands when Python loads. This issue has been fixed in version 2.7.0.Show less

The Checkout Field Manager (Checkout Manager) for WooCommerce plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to unauthenticated limited file upload in all versions up to, and including, 7.8.1. This is due to the plugin not properly verifying that a user is authorized to perform file upload actions via the "ajax_checkout_attachment_upload" function. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to upload files to the server, though file types are limited to WordPress's default allowed MIME types (images, documents, etc.).Show less
