An unauthenticated remote attacker can bypass authentication and gain full access to administrative API endpoints in Nutanix Prism Element by including a crafted internal management HTTP header. The vulnerability is caused by a misconfiguration in the application's authentication filters. Consequently, the server responds with a Set-Cookie header containing a valid JSESSIONID. This session cookie decodes to a JSON Web Token (JWT) granting maximum cluster administrative privileges. Successful exploitation allows the attacker to execute root-level commands on all Controller VMs (CVMs) in the cluster, leading to complete cluster destruction and unauthorized access to VM memory and virtual disks.Show less

kcp is a Kubernetes-like control plane for form-factors and use-cases beyond Kubernetes and container workloads. Prior to 0.31.4 and 0.32.2, the kcp front-proxy does not remove inbound X-Remote-User, X-Remote-Group, or X-Remote-Extra-* identity headers before forwarding requests to shards. Any authenticated tenant can inject X-Remote-Group: system:masters, authorization.kcp.io/warrant, authentication.kcp.io/scopes, or a group used for per-workspace required-group gating, and the shard trusts these values as authenticated identity assertions. This allows cross-workspace impersonation, authorization bypass, and arbitrary reading, writing, or deletion of resources, secrets, RBAC data, APIExports, APIBindings, and LogicalClusters. This issue is fixed in versions 0.31.4 and 0.32.2.Show less

@neo4j/graphql library versions prior to 7.5.6 fail to verify the authenticity of a client-supplied, pre-decoded JWT object passed through GraphQL subscription connectionParams. As a result, any unauthenticated remote client that can open a GraphQL-over-WebSocket connection can forge arbitrary JWT claims (e.g. sub, roles) in connectionParams.jwt and have them accepted as authenticated identity for the purposes of @authentication and @subscriptionsAuthorization directive evaluation. This allows a fully unauthenticated attacker to receive subscription events that should be restricted to specific authenticated roles/users. Upgrade the library to versions 7.5.6+ or 5.12.14+. v6 is end-of-life and will not receive a fix.Show less

DroneAware is a drone detection platform. The centralized DroneAware server backing droneaware.io was vulnerable to an account pre-hijacking attack in which an attacker could register an account using a victim's email address with an attacker-controlled password before the victim completed account activation. When the legitimate owner later activated the account, either by clicking the email verification link or by logging in via Google SSO, the attacker-set password became fully valid, enabling silent and persistent account takeover without any notification to the victim. The vulnerability was fixed server-side on 2025-05-20; no user action is required. Node binaries and self-hosted detection nodes are not affected. There are no workarounds; the fix was deployed server-side and no client-side mitigation is applicable.Show less

Postiz is an AI social media scheduling tool. In versions prior to 2.21.8, the Skool integration callback signed an attacker-controlled JSON blob into a session-shape JWT using the application's JWT_SECRET, and the auth middleware trusted every claim in that JWT without re-resolving the user from the database. Any authenticated Postiz user could forge a SUPERADMIN session and impersonate arbitrary organizations. This allowed Full Access to the following: all parts of Postiz, including users registered to the specific instance and the ability to post in the name of the victim's social media channels added to that Postiz instance. This issue has been fixed in version 2.21.8.Show less

NamelessMC is website software for Minecraft servers. In versions 2.2.4 and prior, the OAuth callback handling does not validate the state parameter server-side before exchanging the authorization code. This allows an attacker to capture a valid OAuth callback URL for their own account and cause a victim's browser to navigate to it, resulting in the victim's session being authenticated as the attacker-linked account (OAuth login CSRF / session swapping). This is patched in version 2.2.5.Show less

eLabFTW is an open source electronic lab notebook. In elabftw versions through 5.4.1, the login flow did not reliably preserve the multi-factor authentication state across authentication steps. Under certain conditions, an attacker with valid primary credentials could complete authentication with an attacker-controlled TOTP secret and bypass the additional factor. This could result in unauthorized account access. This issue is fixed in version 5.4.2.Show less

WeGIA is a web manager for charitable institutions. Versions prior to 3.6.10 contain a SQL injection vulnerability in dao/memorando/UsuarioDAO.php. The cpf_usuario POST parameter overwrites the session-stored user identity via extract($_REQUEST) in DespachoControle::verificarDespacho(), and the attacker-controlled value is then interpolated directly into a raw SQL query, allowing any authenticated user to query the database under an arbitrary identity. Version 3.6.10 fixes the issue.Show less

ZITADEL is an open source identity management platform. Starting in version 2.31.0 and prior to versions 3.4.7 and 4.11.0, opaque OIDC access tokens in the v2 format truncated to 80 characters are still considered valid. Zitadel uses a symmetric AES encryption for opaque tokens. The cleartext payload is a concatenation of a couple of identifiers, such as a token ID and user ID. Internally Zitadel has 2 different versions of token payloads. v1 tokens are no longer created, but are still verified as to not invalidate existing session after upgrade. The cleartext payload has a format of `<token_id>:<user_id>`. v2 tokens distinguished further where the `token_id` is of the format `v2_<oidc_session_id>-at_<access_token_id>`. V1 token authZ/N session data is retrieved from the database using the (simple) `token_id` value and `user_id` value. The `user_id` (called `subject` in some parts of our code) was used as being the trusted user ID. V2 token authZ/N session data is retrieved from the database using the `oidc_session_id` and `access_token_id` and in this case the `user_id` from the token is ignored and taken from the session data in the database. By truncating the token to 80 chars, the user_id is now missing from the cleartext of the v2 token. The back-end still accepts this for above reasons. This issue is not considered exploitable, but may look awkward when reproduced. The patch in versions 4.11.0 and 3.4.7 resolves the issue by verifying the `user_id` from the token against the session data from the database. No known workarounds are available.Show less
