In epa4all, prior to version 2026-05-20, an attacker on the network path between epa4all and any backend (ePA Aktensystem, Konnektor, IDP, TSS) can present a self-signed TLS certificate and intercept the connection. For non-VAU connections (Konnektor, IDP), this allows direct read and modification of the inner traffic, including smartcard operations and OIDC authentication exchanges. For the ePA backend, the disabled TLS verification is the transport-level enabler for the VAU MITM described in GHSA-vvh7-x6c7-46gh. This issue has been patched in version 2026-05-20.Show less

In epa4all, prior to version 2026-05-20, an attacker who can intercept the TLS connection between epa4all and the ePA backend can complete the VAU handshake with attacker-controlled keys and obtain the session encryption keys. All inner HTTP traffic (patient consent decisions, medication data, document operations, authorization tokens, and entitlement queries) becomes readable and modifiable. The attacker can also inject arbitrary requests through the hijacked channel. This issue has been patched in version 2026-05-20.Show less

Netty is a network application framework for development of protocol servers and clients. In versions 4.2.0.Final through 4.2.15.Final and prior to 4.1.135.Final, `OcspClient` does not validate that the `CertificateID` in an OCSP response matches the requested `CertificateID`, which can lead to replay attack. `OcspClient.validateResponse` accepts a legitimately signed `GOOD` status response for an unrelated certificate issued by the same CA, allowing bypass of revocation checks for another certificate. This issue is fixed in versions 4.1.136.Final and 4.2.16.Final.Show less

Vulnerability in the Oracle WebCenter Content product of Oracle Fusion Middleware (component: Web Content Management). Supported versions that are affected are 12.2.1.4.0 and 14.1.2.0.0. Easily exploitable vulnerability allows low privileged attacker with network access via HTTP to compromise Oracle WebCenter Content. Successful attacks require human interaction from a person other than the attacker. Successful attacks of this vulnerability can result in takeover of Oracle WebCenter Content. Improper certificate validation in Apache MINA SSHD (server-side). Apache MINA SSHD is a Java library for client-side and server-side SSH. Server-side OpenSSH user certificate validation during user authentication in an Apache MINA SSHD server did not check for the unsupported force-command or verify-required options that could be embedded in the certificate, nor did it validate these options. As a result it was possible that a user could authenticate with such a certificate that included a force-command option but still was able to execute other commands. What other command exactly would be available to the user depends on the implementation of the server. This issue is fixed in Apache MINA SSHD 2.19.0 and 3.0.0-M5. Applications are advised to upgrade to these versions. The fix rejects OpenSSH user certificates that include these options, since Apache MINA SSHD implements neither force-command nor sk-*-cert-v01@openssh.com user certificates (which are the only ones for which verify-required would make sense).Show less

lettre is a a mailer library for Rust. Starting in version 0.10.1 and prior to version 0.11.22, an inverted-boolean bug in lettre's `boring-tls` integration silently disables TLS hostname verification for callers using the default (strict) configuration. An on-path attacker presenting any chain-valid certificate for any domain can intercept SMTP submission, including PLAIN/LOGIN credentials and message contents, against any lettre user built with the `boring-tls` feature. Other TLS backends (`native-tls`, `rustls`) are unaffected. Version 0.11.22 patches the issue.Show less

Lorex 2K Indoor Wi-Fi Security Camera Device Management Server Improper Certificate Validation Vulnerability. This vulnerability allows network-adjacent attackers to execute arbitrary code on affected installations of Lorex 2K Indoor Wi-Fi Security Cameras. User interaction is not required to exploit this vulnerability. The specific flaw exists within the device management functionality. The issue results from the lack of proper validation of the certificate presented by the server. An attacker can leverage this in conjunction with other vulnerabilities to execute code in the context of root. Was ZDI-CAN-26851.Show less

The EVbee Service Android app uses TLS encrypted communication (HTTPS), but does not validate the certificate provided by the server. This allows an attacker on the network path between the app and EVbee server to intercept and manipulate the communication between the app and server. The traffic is weakly encrypted using RC4 with a hardcoded key, which allows an attacker to gain access to the communication. Part of this communication involves access codes to charging stations. This issue affects EVbee Service: v1.4.101.00.Show less

This issue is fixed in version 0.47.0.Show less
