Animate versions 23.0.7, 24.0.4 and earlier are affected by an out-of-bounds read vulnerability that could lead to disclosure of sensitive memory. An attacker could leverage this vulnerability to bypass mitigations such as ASLR. Exploitation of this issue requires user interaction in that a victim must open a malicious file.Show less

A vulnerability has been identified in SINEC INS (All versions < V1.0 SP2 Update 3). The affected application does not properly restrict the size of generated log files. This could allow an unauthenticated remote attacker to trigger a large amount of logged events to exhaust the system's resources and create a denial of service condition.Show less

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: netdevsim: Add trailing zero to terminate the string in nsim_nexthop_bucket_activity_write() This was found by a static analyzer. We should not forget the trailing zero after copy_from_user() if we will further do some string operations, sscanf() in this case. Adding a trailing zero will ensure that the function performs properly.Show less

Fix this by assigning to max directly in the loop body.Show less

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: RDMA/bnxt_re: Fix a bug while setting up Level-2 PBL pages Avoid memory corruption while setting up Level-2 PBL pages for the non MR resources when num_pages > 256K. There will be a single PDE page address (contiguous pages in the case of > PAGE_SIZE), but, current logic assumes multiple pages, leading to invalid memory access after 256K PBL entries in the PDE.Show less
