The IPv6 branch of the FastCGI client access check compares only the first 12 bytes of a 16-byte IPv6 address, so listen.allowed_clients matches on a /96 prefix instead of the exact address. An attacker who can source an address sharing the first 96 bits with an allowed one passes the check and reaches the FastCGI endpoint.Show less

Catalyst::Seal versions before 0.03 for Perl allow one request to disable a path or route a later one past an authorization check via a dispatch memo keyed on the request path alone. Catalyst::Seal replaces the dispatcher's prepare_action with a version that memoises how a path resolved: which dispatch type matched, at which level, and what was left over as arguments. The key is the request path and nothing else. Action roles that match on the method, content type, scheme or query make that resolution depend on state the key does not carry, so the memo answers for a request it was not built from. A path that resolves to no action is memoised as well, and replaying that entry returns without consulting any dispatch type, so no action is set and the request fails. A GET of a path whose action is declared POST-only therefore disables that path for every later request, the correct POST included. An entry that did resolve replays the level the earlier descent reached. Where a POST-only action sits below a shallower action on the same path, a GET memoises the shallow route, and a later POST is dispatched there with an auto() guarding the deeper controller never running. The memo is cleared only when an action is registered, which happens at setup, so an entry lasts for the life of the process, and its cap of 2048 entries bounds how many paths one caller can disable. In the configuration measured, the misroute lands on the less privileged action, so it is an authorization check not running rather than a privilege gain.Show less

A flaw has been found in OpenClaw ClawScan up to 0.1.6. This affects an unknown function of the file internal/runner/static_scanner.go of the component Static Scanner. This manipulation causes incomplete comparison with missing factors. It is possible to launch the attack on the local host. The exploit has been published and may be used. Upgrading to version 0.1.7 mitigates this issue. Patch name: 9f6a6fbb9f1137345566d0ab44c73893dfe112fa. The affected component should be upgraded.Show less

backpack/crud provides Create, Read, Update & Delete (CRUD) functions for Backpack, a collection of Laravel packages that help users build custom administration panels. From 6.0.0 until 6.8.14 and 7.0.38, src/resources/views/crud/columns/color.blade.php inverts the escaped and raw rendering branches controlled by $column['escaped'], which defaults to true, causing $column['text'] to be rendered unescaped by default. An attacker who can store an unsanitized value in a color column can execute script in the browser of a user who views the CRUD list, including an administrator, with access to the victim's session-backed application capabilities. Exploitation requires write access to the stored color value and a victim viewing the list. This issue is fixed in versions 6.8.14 and 7.0.38.Show less

Only self-managed Grafana instances with Auth Proxy authentication and identity caching enabled (sync_ttl greater than zero) are affected. The Auth Proxy cache key concatenated the username and forwarded identity attributes without a delimiter, so distinct identities could collide on one key. An authenticated user who shapes their own attributes to collide with a higher-privileged user's, while that user's cache entry is live, is authenticated as that user, up to Administrator (authentication bypass by spoofing).Show less

CakePHP Queue is a queue-interop compatible queueing library. From 0.1.11 until 2.3.1, QueueManager::getUniqueId() generates identifiers for jobs with shouldBeUnique enabled from the job class, method, and parameters, but sorting parameter values drops associative-array keys. An unauthenticated attacker who can influence job parameters can submit semantically different data that produces the same identifier, resulting in legitimate jobs dropped as duplicate collisions. This issue is fixed in version 2.3.1.Show less

On affected platforms running Arista EOS where a tunnel decapsulation configuration—such as VXLAN (Virtual Extensible LAN), decap-groups, or a GRE (Generic Routing Encapsulation) tunnel interface—is present, the switch will incorrectly decapsulate and forward other unexpected tunneled packet with a destination IP matching its configured decapsulation IP. This occurs because the switch does not verify the tunnel protocol type, potentially leading to the unexpected processing of non-configured tunnel traffic. This issue has been reported as being exploited in the wild.Show less

An issue was discovered in Django 5.2 before 5.2.15 and 6.0 before 6.0.6. `django.utils.cache.has_vary_header()` in Django does not strip leading or trailing whitespace from `Vary` response header values before comparison, which allows remote attackers to read cached responses via requests to URLs whose responses contain whitespace-padded Vary header values. Earlier, unsupported Django series (such as 5.0.x, 4.1.x, and 3.2.x) were not evaluated and may also be affected. Django would like to thank Navid Rezazadeh for reporting this issue.Show less

A regression in the way hashes were calculated caused rules containing the address range syntax (x.x.x.x - y.y.y.y) that only differ in the address range(s) involved to be silently dropped as duplicates. Only the first of such rules is actually loaded into pf. Ranges expressed using the address[/mask-bits] syntax were not affected. Some keywords representing actions taken on a packet-matching rule, such as 'log', 'return tll', or 'dnpipe', may suffer from the same issue. It is unlikely that users have such configurations, as these rules would always be redundant. Affected rules are silently ignored, which can lead to unexpected behaviour including over- and underblocking.Show less

BullWall Ransomware Containment may not always detect an encrypted file. This issue affects a specific file inspection method that evaluates file content based on header bytes. An authenticated attacker could encrypt files, preserving the first four bytes and preventing this particular method from triggering. The affected product implements additional integrity-based detection mechanisms capable of identifying file corruption or encryption for some common file extensions independent of header bytes. As a result, this vulnerability does not represent a complete bypass of ransomware detection, but a limitation of one detection method when evaluated independently. Versions 4.6.0.0, 4.6.0.6, 4.6.0.7, and 4.6.1.4 are affected. Other versions may also be affected. BullWall plans to improve detection method documentation.Show less

vLLM is an inference and serving engine for large language models (LLMs). In versions starting from 0.7.0 to before 0.9.0, in the file vllm/multimodal/hasher.py, the MultiModalHasher class has a security and data integrity issue in its image hashing method. Currently, it serializes PIL.Image.Image objects using only obj.tobytes(), which returns only the raw pixel data, without including metadata such as the image’s shape (width, height, mode). As a result, two images of different sizes (e.g., 30x100 and 100x30) with the same pixel byte sequence could generate the same hash value. This may lead to hash collisions, incorrect cache hits, and even data leakage or security risks. This issue has been patched in version 0.9.0.Show less
