From 5.5.5 until 5.5.6, 6.0.4, and 6.1.1, the esp_tee trap entry in esp_tee_vectors_plic.S and esp_tee_vectors_clic.S saves a caller-controlled register frame through the REE-supplied stack pointer before switching to the trusted TEE stack or validating the pointer. A local unprivileged REE application can direct this machine-mode write into TEE-exclusive memory on ESP32-C5, ESP32-C6, ESP32-C61, and ESP32-H2 devices, breaking the REE/TEE isolation boundary and potentially corrupting TEE control-flow data for code execution, denial of service, or system crashes. Both secure-service ecall and interrupt entry paths contain the vulnerable ordering. This issue is fixed in version 5.5.6 and is scheduled to be fixed in versions 6.0.4 and 6.1.1.Show less |

A deeply nested value raises a StackOverflowError, which escapes catch (Exception) handlers and kills the reading thread. A Vault token that can write but not read a KV v2 path can store such a value there, so every later read of that path through the driver fails. This requires Vault 1.19.x or earlier, because 1.20 and later reject values nested deeper than 298 levels. This issue affects io.github.jopenlibs:vault-java-driver 5.2.0 through 6.2.3 and is fixed in 7.0.0.Show less |

- The issu...Show moreA Kafka broker that authenticates clients with SASL/OAUTHBEARER using the bundled JWKS-backed validator always verifies the JWT signature, but two further checks are only performed when explicitly configured:
- The issuer (iss) claim is verified only when sasl.oauthbearer.expected.issuer is set. When it is unset, a validly-signed token carrying the expected audience is accepted regardless of which issuer minted it.
- An audience (aud) claim is required only when sasl.oauthbearer.expected.audience is set. When it is unset, a validly-signed token that omits the aud claim is accepted. (A token that carries an aud claim is
still rejected when no expected audience is configured.)
Both options default to unset and have been documented as optional (Importance LOW) since KIP-768 (3.1.0).
Impact:
The exposure is realizable mainly in deployments whose JWKS endpoint serves signing keys for more than one issuer (a multi-tenant identity provider, an aggregated/shared JWKS, or shared signing keys): a token
minted for a different issuer, or a token lacking an audience, may be accepted to authenticate — potentially as a higher-privileged principal. In a single-issuer deployment where the provider controls the iss
claim and issues audience-scoped tokens, exposure is limited. The signature trust anchor remains enforced in all cases. This is distinct from CVE-2026-33557 (acceptance of unsigned/unvalidated tokens); here the
signature is validated and only the issuer/audience checks are not enforced by default.
Mitigation (all affected versions, no upgrade required):
Set both sasl.oauthbearer.expected.issuer (to your provider's exact iss value) and sasl.oauthbearer.expected.audience (to the audience(s) your brokers expect), per listener. Brokers that set these perform
exact-match issuer/audience checks and are not affected. Both have been available since 3.1.0.
Resolution:
- From Apache Kafka 4.4.0: a broker configured with a JWKS endpoint fails to start unless both sasl.oauthbearer.expected.issuer and sasl.oauthbearer.expected.audience are set (secure by default). Deployments that
intentionally do not restrict the issuer and/or audience may opt out per axis with sasl.oauthbearer.allow.unverified.issuer=true and/or sasl.oauthbearer.allow.unverified.audience=true.Show less |

In some scenarios, global state may not be correctly reset, or may be repopulated after being reset. The global state may then refer to request memory even after it has been freed. Subsequent requests may read or branch on this stale state before it is fully initialized. Multiple strategies can trigger this condition and produce remote code execution (RCE).Show less |

Some contexts may not properly account for this scenario and leave request memory in an uninitialized state before performing an allocation. The subsequent request cleanup procedure may read or branch on this memory. Multiple OOM strategies can consistently trigger this condition and lead to remote code execution (RCE).Show less |

In each case SslConfig.isVerify() returns false and the driver installs a trust-all SSLContext. An attacker on the network path to the Vault server can then read the Vault token and secrets in transit and forge responses. This issue affects io.github.jopenlibs:vault-java-driver 5.2.0 through 6.2.3. It is fixed in 7.0.0.Show less |

From 3.0.0 until 3.2.0, the GET /api/admin/users/{id}/calendar-heatmap route in server/src/controllers/user-admin.controller.ts uses the ordinary Permission.UserRead permission without an admin-route requirement, and UserAdminService.getCalendarHeatmap in server/src/services/user-admin.service.ts does not compare the authenticated user with the requested user identifier or perform a separate access check. Any authenticated non-admin user can therefore request another account's upload or capture-date activity heatmap for an arbitrary date range. AssetRepository.getCalendarHeatmap in server/src/repositories/asset.repository.ts filters by owner, date, and deletion state but not visibility, so the returned daily counts and total count include archived and locked assets. The route exposes counts and activity dates but does not return asset metadata or content, and it does not affect integrity or availability. This issue is fixed in version 3.2.0.Show less |
